Griffin is a proud Navy wife and mom of 3, originally from the great state of Georgia. Coming from a background in both agency and advisory settings, Griffin brings to FMI experience working in client-facing roles, leading interactive projects from a project and account management standpoint, and adding value through process improvement recommendations. After graduating from Georgia Tech, she immediately began in the consulting world with the Grant Thornton LLP Advisory Services team and enjoyed the variety and travel. Once their family began moving around the country (7 moves in the last 10 years!), she transitioned to a digital agency, 10up Inc., where she was an Account Manager focused in sales and web strategy. Most recently, Griffin has substitute-taught across all grades at private schools within each duty station. Griffin was the President of the Pearl Harbor Submarine Officer Spouse Association (PHSOSA) in the 2023-24 club year, and is currently on the board of the Pearl Harbor Dolphin Store, where all proceeds benefit the Dolphin Scholarship Foundation. Her passions lie in these roles as their mission is intertwined with that of FMI: to support our military and their spouses. In her (limited) free time, Griffin enjoys reading, hiking, playing with the kids, and exploring Oahu and the neighboring islands.

I am a first-generation American with a multicultural background that has deeply influenced my life and passions. Growing up, Spanish was my first language, and English became my second—a skill I’ve honed through experiences that have shaped my journey. My curiosity about the world drives my love for learning languages and exploring different cultures. So far, I’ve studied German, Arabic, and Singhalese, which reflect my adventurous spirit and desire to connect across borders.
As a military spouse, I’ve embraced the unique challenges and opportunities that come with our lifestyle, building resilience and a strong sense of community. Family is at the heart of everything I do, whether spending time with my family or making memories with loved ones and our pets.
I am not one to shy away from life’s little challenges—spiders and scorpions don’t faze me! However, flying cockroaches? That’s a different story.
I’m committed to growth and learning, always looking for ways to improve and give back. My life is a blend of rich traditions, new experiences, and a deep appreciation for the beauty in diversity.
